VCS is a series of high power SMUs designed to set/measure currents up to 400A and voltages up to 2400V.

Review

VCS is a series of high power SMUs designed to set/measure currents up to 400A and voltages up to 2400V. The modular architecture allows more than one SMU to be connected to the same control bus and expand the overall channel bandwidth. All SMU channels are completely independent and allow parallel measurement of voltage and current. The sampling frequency and resolution of each measuring channel is 1MHz and 16bit, which allows you to control both static and dynamic processes.
The source meters of the VCS family are optimized for integration into test systems (ATE) designed for testing high power semiconductor devices. These SMUs can also be used as stand-alone benchtop instruments.
